To Enter

No purchase necessary. Unlimited entries per person. The Dynamic Paint Products Inc. "Get Painting” Contest (the "Contest") starts on Monday, September 18, 2006. To be eligible, register online by forwarding Get Painting subscription information to friends and colleagues, no later than Friday, December 22, 2006 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (the "Contest Closing Date"). For each name and email address provided, entrants will receive one automatic ballot for entry into the contest. Names and email addresses of all eligible entries must be unique, valid and, no duplicates will be permitted. Entrants must be current subscribers to Get Painting at the time of entry and upon contest closing. Entrants who unsubscribe to Get Painting prior to the contest closing date are automatically disqualified. Please call 1-800-670-6021 for additional contest inquiries.

Draw

Random draws will be made by the Dynamic Paint Products Inc. judging panel. The draw will take place at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time at the offices of 5th Business Inc., located in Mississauga, Ontario on Monday, January 8, 2007.

Winner Notification

The selected entrants will be notified by phone, mail or email by Dynamic Paint Products Inc. In order to win, the selected entrants must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. The selected entrants will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing Dynamic Paint Products Inc. and 5th Business Inc., their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability in connection with the prizes or contest. The signed declaration and release form must be returned within the time period specified on the form or the prize will be forfeited.

Allow 60 days for prize delivery after receipt of the signed declaration and release form. Prizes will be delivered only to the confirmed winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale and has no cash surrender value.

Eligibility

The contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority according to their Province or Territory of residence as of the date of their entry; excluding employees of Dynamic Paint Products Inc. and 5th Business Inc., their affiliated companies and subsidiaries and all persons residing in their respective households. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the judging panel with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Dynamic Paint Products Inc. and 5th Business Inc. are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed or misdirected entries by participants.

For Quebec Residents

Any litigation regarding the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux de Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

General Conditions Regarding the Contest

Dynamic Paint Products Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or obligation. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

Dynamic Paint Products Inc. and 5th Business Inc. will not be responsible for any printing, administrative, technical, electronic, network, computer malfunction or other error of any kind in connection with this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of prizes.

All entries and declaration and release forms are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants who unsubscribe to Dynamic Paint Products Inc.’s free e-newsletter prior to the contest closing date are automatically disqualified. No photocopies or other mechanical reproductions of declaration and release forms are allowed. The decision of the judging panel will be final. Liability for any contest material that is irregular or defective is limited to replacement of the contest material.

All entries become the property of Dynamic Paint Products Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the contest, entrants consent to receive a free e-newsletter and agree that they may be notified by mail, email or telephone if they are drawn to receive a prize. Entrants also consent to the use of their name, city of residence and/or photograph in any future publicity, including Internet publication, carried out by Dynamic Paint Products Inc. without compensation.
